- Tiny Tigers: A less intense class for Fun and Fitness for 3 1/2 to 6 year olds focused on goal setting, impoved coordination, fitness, and listening skills are improved. This includes bag kicking, padded sword sparring, and the use of games for fun and firness.
- Tiger Kid Family: Martial Arts for the whole family. A fun beginning and advanced multiple martial arts program for youth and adults where students learn and progress in rank/belts learning Okinawan Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, and weaponry in a step by step manner. Goal setting, improved coordination, fitness, self-defense, and listening skills are enhanced. Bag kicking and padded sword/staff sparring are included. Beginning classes (White Belt) last 45 minutes, advanced students stay longer.
- Teen/Adult Kungfu & Escrima: An empty hand and weapons program teaching Bruce Lee's foundational system of Ip Man Wing Chun with the self-defense and survival arts of the Philippines with Okinawan Kobudo, Hapkido, and more. Learn real martial arts that teach life saving skills and don't require high kicks. THis class is for all fitness levels and abilities.
- Adaptive Inclusion Martial Arts: A fun health and wellness program using martial arts and exercise to become more fit and learn self-defense skills. Open to teens and adults of all fitness levels and abilities.
- Stick Aerobics: A fun way to execercise and learn self-defense skills integrating martial arts and aerobic dance. For all fitness levels and abilities.
- Sword Play / Jedi Warrior Training: A fun program where students can learn to fight like a Jedi warrior while getting exercise and fitness with martial arts training with padded swords/staffs and safety head gear.
- Self Defense Workshop: This workshop could save your life! You will learn your strengths and weaknesses in a fun safe environment. You will learn about your natural weapons, zoning, awareness, proper body mechanics, and more. This workshop is for teens, adults, and seniors, of all fitness levels.
